anyways, if you've been wondering where i've gone to these past few weeks, i haven't been signing onto msn. i dunno man, i have these weird periods where i just feel like being antisocial. lol. i still sign into facebook though. ha.

now based on the title of this post, i'm sure you already know it's twilight related. lol. apparently someone leaked a rough draft of 'midnight sun'(twilight from edward's perspective) on the internet. sick. understandably, stephenie meyer is pretty upset about it. she has however, graciously posted a version herself on her official website (i'm not sure if it's the same draft, but i dont intend to seek out the leaked one). the bad news, since the draft has been leaked, she might not continue writing 'midnight sun'. NOooOoOo. *curses the idiot who leaked it*

breaking dawn part 2

i finished reading breaking dawn. regardless of what i said yesterday, i love breaking dawn! i'm contradicting myself, i know. i'm sure it's edward cullen. haha. i stand by what i said yesterday: the writing is pretty bad. especially the first half. i mean, she has a storyline but it could have been written in a less cheesy, long-winded sorta way. it goes all the way until the what, last quarter of the book (?) before we finally see something relevant. but oh well, i'll forgive her. she created edwardthesexycullen. i'm obsessed :)

BREAKING DAWNNN (dont worry, there are spoiler warnings lol)

i was looking at panic at the disco on wikipedia and found out they covered 'the weight' by The Band! cool! i like that song (dad's influence lol). i like when a modern band covers an oldies rock song :) especially when they do it well. i think panic did it really well :)

so i've been reading Breaking Dawn for the past couple of days. its taking me ages since i now have a job. haha. plus i spend a lot of time online when i get back, so yeah. anyways, i've read just over halfway through and i gotta say, (dont worry no spoilers yet, i'll warn you haha) it's kinda like reading over-enthusiastic fanfiction. dont get me wrong, dont crucify me, dont throw knives at me. lol. i mean i LOVE the twilight saga, i LOVE the characters, and i really love the story, but there's just something about this book so far that is well, a tad bit overdone?

i suppose bella getting pregnant was not entirely unexpected once you start reading the book, especially when she kept having those dreams and thoughts about the vampire kid (and since she and edward were having wild passionate sex lol). which also raises the question: how the hell did edward impregnate her? i thought there were no bodily fluids. lol. them getting married was of course expected. the way that it was all written just seemed too fluffy and cheesy and.. sappy. some of the dialogues are pretty cringe-worthy lol. and the poor kids name. oh ye gods.. i've read more than halfway through and there seems to be nothing particularly interesting about to happen soon other than more romantic fluffy moments. but hey, maybe i'll change my view once i finish the book lol.

but yes, i'm still in love with edward cullen. haha. as is most girls who read twilight :P

but you know what? i'll forgive stephenie for whatever and however she decides to write. you know why? cos she created edwardthesexycullen. HAHAHA. i think the main reason i love the series so much is cos i tend to see robert pattinson as edwardthesexycullen. with his sexy british accent (as seen in harry potter and the goblet of fire. remember him in his tux? oh.my.god. lol). i love the characters she created for twilight. and the story. i'll give her props for her imagination thats for sure :)

as i said yesterday, panic at the disco were amazing. there was an incredibly small crowd. i don't understand why there wasn't more publicity about the gig. i only found out about it a week before the concert. the band put on an awesome show for a small crowd. thats what i call a dedicated band yo! so much enthusiasm and interaction with the crowd. i wasnt a huge fan before, but i'm a much bigger fan now :)

most disappointing part for me was that they DIDNT FREAKING PLAY 'BUILD GOD THEN TALK'. how can!! lol. thats one of my favourite songs by them man. sigh. i didnt know a few songs but what i know (and remembered) that they played: i write sins not tragedies, the only difference between matyrdom and suicide is the press coverage, nine in the afternoon, pas de cheval, she's a handsome woman, there's a good reason these tables are numbered honey you just haven't thought of it yet (jazz hands!), mad as rabbits, that green gentleman (things have changed), lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off, anddd time to dance (done acoustically and only halfway by brendon urie).

so yeah, overall panic did a fantastic job. i would def go to see them if they came again. i hope the small crowd doesnt make them choose not to come again. haha. there should have been more publicity and more people. they deserved better :)

oh yeah, i finally bought 'breaking dawn' MUAHAHA. i would have bought it sooner if i wasnt broke last week. lol.

panic at the disco were AWESOME. there was a ridiculously small crowd (which is not good cos now there's less chance of the academy is.. performing here). the band however were brilliant. they showed so much enthusiasm and performed fantastically even though there wasnt much of a crowd :D
