i'm back! well only cos i have a four day weekend. lol. here's a quick recap of what's been going on since i've been absent.
1) assignments galore! loads of sewing. so far i've completed a kimono, a bustier and started a jumpsuit. managed to get all my designs approved for my finals so i should be starting on those soon. need to complete at least one by mid sept.
here's my kimono. obviously it's not the traditional style. lol.
2) i got a cd from galaxie. lol. i wrote in complaining bout the lack of rock music in local mags bla bla bla. needless to say, my letter was heavily edited and phrased in different ways than i had originally intended. guess what cd they sent. kelly clarkson. lol. ah well, better than something worse like akon or lima puluh sen or rhi-umbrella i suppose.
3) i won the cacheral contest! thanks to shal for spotting the results and ani for informing me. lol. i swear i wouldnt have known otherwise LOL! i cant believe i actually won grand prize. the only reason i entered the contest was cos my own perfume was running low hahahahahah
4) i baked cupcakes. just for the fun of decorating them. i have to say though, the choc chip ones were really delicious... *self praise* lol
5) i spotted a hot guy in coll! lol. well actually i saw him last semester. it's just that i forgot all about him until now. HAHA.
oh yeah, i decided to postpone buying my electric guitar until i complete this semester. wont have time to practise until then anyways.
