i don't know
i shall do what dA does and list down these lol.

woohoo. first week of internship over!! LOL. and omg. i just realised i have 8 weeks left. bloody hell. that is a really long time. anyways back to my first week. nothing much to shout about but i'll update you guys la. lol.
so far i have vacuumed the place, wiped his glass display shelves, arranged his accessories, done beading, removed beadings (lol), ironed a (sort of) skirt, unpicked stuff, sewed buttons, hooks and eyes, and my favourite part of it all - design, sketch and colour :) okay so it may not seem like a lot but to be honest, you can really learn a lot by just observing. like when he asks me to unpick something i always end up turning the dress inside out to see how he does the finishings, how he attaches the zips, what stitches he uses. stuff like that. kinda good that i got this job instead of a magazine one. hopefully my sewing skills will be good enough for my last semester haha.
and i realised something about myself this week. i find it really difficult to ask people things. like i'm always so reluctant to ask someone how to do stuff even though im clueless. i dunno wtf that is all about. it irritates me. i dunno if i'm just shy, or afraid that i'll sound stupid or stubborn or all the above. sheesh. (see, i even irritate myself. wth rite.)
i finally bought neil gaiman's american gods last night. i really liked stardust and since i havent read anything for a while i decided to get another of his books. was deciding between smokes and mirrors and american gods but i went for the latter cos its a novel. smoke and mirrors is a collection of short stories and i wanted something longer. lol. anansi boys will be next. hehe. speaking of neil gaiman's work, the movie for stardust is coming soon! check out the official website for the movie here. huh. i always imagined tristan an yvaine to be er... younger looking. hope it follows the story closely. i heard tori amos is gonna appear as the tree. lol. incidentally, she was the inspiration for the tree in the first place i think.
and since i'm on the topic of movies now, i am absolutely dying to watch pirates 3. it's out in cinemas but i dont have time to watch it! argh!!! someone take me out!! lol. here's the official website. check out the pirate map. there are pictures of the pirate lords. one of them really cracked me up. cos he looks like john galliano! seriously. for those who've seen Galliano dressed up in his pirate costume, trust me, this dude Capitaine Chevalle really looks like him. and i cant wait to see keith richards as a pirate! lol! eh there's one thing i was wondering about. at that time singapore was part of malaya rite? anyone can answer that for me? my history is so bad its as if i never studied it. wait. that might be true. lol.
i saw funeral for a friend's new album at mph today. i want it so badly. but it's rm48! so bloody expensive. and i think there's only 10 songs. garghhhh.
and for those who like instrumental music, you have to check out this band. yndi halda. i heard them on a cd which came with rock sound magazine. lol. the song is called dash and blast and its a frigging 16 minutes long!! but it's really nice. i can imagine it as a soundtrack for a fantasy movie. lol. there's a short clip of them here. well, 'short' considering the actual length of the song.
well i thinked i've pretty much said enough for this post. later, folks.

rude rude rude *rant*
if there's one thing i've learnt from taking public buses in malaysia, it's this: a lot of people living here are blaaarddy rude! seriously (dont get me wrong. i am malaysian too and im not slagging off the entire population i am merely stating what i have witnessed and experienced). ive only been taking the bus for two days and i've been pushed around every single time while boarding the bus. here's the things about these incidents that irk me.
one: i was there before you, you stupid bitch. push your way past me for what? never heard of the rule "first come first serve'? dont get a fucking seat will die is it??? you're not old or pregnant or disabled. sheesh
two: there are plenty of seats in the bus
three: pushing in itself is plain rude
four: again, i was there first la mak cik!!!
since im already warming up to my topic, i might as well continue. i hate it when i am walking in, lets say, a shopping center. i walk into a shop or something and i always hold the door open for the person behind me. the polite (or rather, NORMAL) thing for the person behind me to do should be: take the door frm me, hold the door open for him/herself (and for the person behind him/herself) and (maybe) say thanks or smile right? yeah right. here's what a lot of them do: walk throught the damned open door without a glance at me without a word of thanks. as if im their bloody doorman.
another thing that irks me is when someone is driving and gives way to another car coming from the opposite direction and the uncle in the opposite car doesnt even acknowledge his thanks. what the hell man. drive past as if the world is his and his only. and have you ever been waiting at a junction when this car drives past and flashes his fancy pantsy bright lights at you? bloody annoying. you think im stupid to drive when you are driving at me at fullspeed ar? i flash my lights at you full beam you like or NOT!!!??
one last thing. i know this irks everyone. and prolly happens everywhere in the world. you're sitting in a cinema watching a movie, when this asshole behind you starts putting his leg up on your seat. or kicks and bumps it. repeatedly. is it that difficult to sit still. or at least NOT KICK PEOPLE'S CHAIR!?
ok i'll be the first to admit, i have a very low tolerance rate. little things irritate me easily. lol. but come on. is it that difficult to be polite or at least be tolerant towards others? would it harm you to smile and say thanks? would people think less of you if you stepped aside for someone to walk past you? WOULD IT KILL YOU TO STAND IN A QUEUE???

therefore people. please be considerate. yes, some might say, "aiyo! im not going to see that person ever again wat! so what if i'm rude or inconsiderate!? nevermind wan mah!".

dance floor anthem
good charlotte's new video for dance floor anthem is out. ok im a huge fan but im not so sure about this video. cute though. joel looks so clean and fresh. kinda like how he looked back in the early days. and woohoo! more keyboard banging by billy. spidey rocks!
woot finally managed to watch spiderman 3!! went to berjaya times square's gsc to try to catch it but the tix were sold out (as expected), so we decided to go to the imax theater instead. whoa. the screen is HUGE-ASS. was kinda confusing at the beginning cos the screen is so large and you cant really see whats going on. lol. but got used to it eventually.
so back to the movie. it was awesome. was wondering if it was gonna be a bit of a mess since there are 3 villians in this one. but it actually turned out pretty good. and damn, harry osborn is HOT. LOL! really enjoyed it. the special effects are incredible. the movement of the sand and stuff. whoa. was kinda hoping that venom would be more er.. organic looking? but i suppose that would be more like carnage. i wanna try drawing venom now. HAHAH
and yay caught the good charlotte concert on mtv last night. was kinda disappointed that they didnt show everything. i mean how could they possibly miss out we believe? and hold on! lol. anyways i recorded the show on my handphone. madness eh. this is for you guys who couldnt watch it. (psst rach. lol)

try honesty
went out shopping again today. tomorrow will be three days in a row. lol. today went to time square with rach, kah wei and ani (finally eh? lol). had a real good time. :) ended up laughing like mad cows (as ani would say). for some reason we always laugh like idiots whenever we get together. lol. maybe its cos we talk bout the stupidest silliest things. hahaha.
as usual i absolutely could not keep my wallet shut. im so low on willpower. i always end up spending more than im supposed to. arghh.
btw. i am desperate for the may issue of AP magazine. for godsake why doesnt any magazine shop sell it!? i mean its still may right? stupid idiots sent it back already. now they're all selling the june issue. whaddafuck!! cmon its still may!! so if anyone happens to come across it please get it for me ok. lol. saosin is on the cover. i really want the good charlotte article in there. lol. thanks.

free
i am officially free from assignments for two months plus!! *yayness*
this semester is officially OVER. woot.
surprisingly managed to finish everything (well most of it) on time. stayed up the whole night doing my stuff. first time i've been up for 24 hours lol!
had to skip some little details on my garment. cant really say i was happy with my garments (to be honest i kinda hated one of them) but i'm glad it's all over. so goodbye to sleepless nights, hello lazy days. for a couple of months at least. lol. i still have my internship to do though. i have just submitted my resume and will probably have to go for an interview soon. and shit. i just realised i havent got any proper clothes for a job interview. perfect excuse to go shopping. hahaha.
