incidentally, i got the new harry potter and the order of the phoenix game on PS2. i REALLY enjoy it. i dont think many people will though. cos its mostly about completing tasks, doing errands and the occasional duel. there is no health bar in this game. the main reason i like it is cos they actually recreated hogwarts. you can actually fully explore the whole of hogwarts, free-roam style. i've always been a sucker for these type of games (gta is the best example). however, it also means that it is a very time consuming game. you take ages to get from one place to another since you are actually walking the castle grounds for real (almost). so thats my take on it. i read several reviews and they're mostly mediocore. ah well.

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS IS A BLOODY AWESOME BOOK!

hehe. wont spoil anything for anyone but YOU HAVE TO READ IT. exhilarating, dark, rebellious... no dull moments in this one! it kinda amazed me how suddenly all the characters are so incredibly skilled and all but you know what, it's jk rowling and its the final harry potter book so, i think she can get away with anything in this one.

cant wait for the movie version, it's gonna kick ass. i heard that Half Blood Prince is only coming out end of next year. argh!

so... as rach has already blogged, we finally managed to get six (minus yen who is STILL in india) of the Bs together for an outing! lol. we are so damn noisy. but it was fun. and since rach has already posted a couple of pictures, i shall not as i am too lazy to transfer the pics. lol.

we watched Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix! the movie was damn fun, i enjoyed it. I always enjoy the potter movies. but i think you'll have to read the book to fully understand the movie. they cut out a lot of parts from the book (which is to be expected but i still think they skimmed too much) some of which i thought were important, some of which would have been cool. and they didnt fully explain some of the details...

the movie was er.. deliciously dark. Lol. No dull moments in this one. It also had some really cool sets. It was however shorter than I expected. The duel between Dumbledore and voldemort was cool. But I was disappointed that they didn’t bring the golden statues to life like in the book. That would have been a really cool sequence. I like Sirius. I’m still pissed at rowling for killing him off. Lol. I mean c’mon. he’s like the rockstar of the series!!! Speaking of Sirius, I don’t understand why they even bothered putting kreacher in the movie. He didn’t play much of a part. They didn’t even explain how he betrayed Sirius at the end. And umbridge. She was as irritating as she was in the book. LOL. And all that pink! She’ s mad! Tonks doesn’t look like how I imagined her to look. Imagined her younger looking and with short spiky hair like the book described. but bellatrix lestrange… aha. She was cool. Mad but pretty cool. Lol. She’s like how I imagined so no complains there. I liked luna too. She is so bloody cute.

And they cut out quidditch!!!!! Arghhhh!! I suppose its not really relevant… but still!

But, I still enjoyed the movie. Haha. Seventh book will be out next weekend! Cant wait to find out how it all ends. I’m still curious who R.B. is. only person I can think of with those initials so far is sirius’s brother. But I’m probably wrong. And to all you idiots out there who read it before others, FOR GODS SAKE PLEASE KEEP YOUR MOUTHS SHUT AND DON’T SPOIL IT FOR OTHERS IF THEY DON’T ASK YOU. I dunno why people find pleasure in spoiling it for others.

Anyways, I have completed my internship. Yay. One week holiday and then it’s back to college. Gonna have to work really hard this semester. I think we need to complete 5 garments in 4 months. Dammit

woot! my internship finishes in 2 more days! then it's off to hang out with the B's :D cant wait. hope we can get tix for harry potter. heard there are hardly any seats left. bloody hell... anyways, whatever. we havent hung out for a long time hehe. got a lot of stuff to catch up on!

i tend to go into seclusion during my holidays. well technically i'm not really on holiday since i go to work and stuff but still.. yeah. i bum around. i go online but dont really chat with people unless they message me first. i don't call people asking them to go out with me. i don't sms college mates (i see them 5 times a week for 8 out of 12 months anyway) lol. ok this is making me sound unsociable isnt it. lol. i mean its not that i want to be unsociable. i just like my alone time sometimes. feels good. hah.

now on a very "pissing-me-off-like-hell" topic. rach just told me : FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND ARE GOING TO BE IN SINGAPORE ON SEPT 8!!! FAAARRRKKKKKKK!!!! and (recently reunited) THE CURE ARE GONNA BE THERE ON SEPT 1st!!! wanna bet. both aren't coming to malaysia. they wont even consider malaysia. bitches!!! BITCHES!! ALL OF THEM!! now. if taking back sunday or the used or lostprophets were to go singapore and skip us, i think i will massacre everyones aunties. maybe i should convert to pop. pop comes to malaysia dont they. i mean gwen stefani is coming rite. westlife used to come all the time. back in the day we had people like aaron carter, the moffatts and m2m. jeez.

kay. i'm probably one of the last few to watch the movie but i have to say this. FUCKING AMAZING MOVIE. hell yes. this is the movie to watch this year. believe me. oh yeah. whoever hasnt watched it yet, go and see it quick (since dvds are so hard to find these days lol) . it's gonna be the movie everyone is gonna ask if you've seen.

it's definitely one of the coolest movies i have ever seen. the action sequences - awesome, the transformations - awesome. completely smooth. and even though you know they are so huge, the transformation into the vehicles somehow seem believable. there were no dull moments, no really irritating characters (surprisingly), lots of humour, truckloads of action sequences (excuse the pun) and er... lots of noise. but the ear-bashing is all worth it :D i would definitely watch it again. and again. and again. woohoo!

eh the guy who acts as sam's friend is the dude from lords of dogtown rite. the one who acts as stacy.

i love bumblebee (well yeah who doesnt?). according to wiki, his character is based on marty mcfly from back to the future (a movie which also happens to be one of my favs lol). and i like the little bee dangling on his rearview mirror that says bee-otch. lol. and woohoo! they played The Used's handsome awkward in the movie! incidentally it's gonna be their next music video. (speaking of that, check out the movie's soundtrack album. they have the used, smashing pumpkins, TAKING BACK SUNDAY, goo goo dolls, HIM and mute math on it!)

and oh yes, they showed the trailer for neil gaiman's stardust!!


yay it looks pretty cool! go and buy the book if you havent read it! nice, simple (and at times, violent) fairy tale. i think they added some/a new character(s) to the movie. i couldnt really place ricky gervais' character. and harry potter next week! wow, there are so many movies to watch this year.

on other stuff now, i cant believe i actually sat through what, six hours (was it?) of the concert for diana. hahahaha. so free right. well it entertained me for one quarter of a day so yeah i guess it was alright. and last night i caught the live earth concerts. or should i say, snippets of the live earth concert. the telecast was really bad. it chopped off so many parts, and the bloody tv stations kept inserting endlesssssss advertisements, repeating the same ads over and over again. sheesh. i found shakira to be the most annoying performer. ok, its not entirely her fault, but the reason was that almost everytime after one of her songs, they cut to advertisements and then after the long ads, they cut back to her. once would be fine. but they did it like three/four times i think. how many songs does that woman need to sing la??!! my god. enough la!!! and the best part? they cut off broadcast just as the red hot chilli peppers were gonna start their second song. m*****f*ckers!!!! but i liked snow patrol and kasabian's slot.

and oh, last thing. I COMPLETE MY INTERNSHIP NEXT SATURDAY WOOOHOOO!!! just needed to get that off my chest. lol. feels great!
